Once you’ve purchased your itinerary, you can expect to receive it within 10 business days. However, if your trip is several months away and we are still discussing various details via email, your itinerary will be finalized only after all trip plans have been thoroughly discussed.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate minor changes to your itinerary. For significant modifications, you will need to schedule another consultation call, which incurs a flat fee of $300 for your consultation call and itinerary changes.

If you’re unsure about your destination, we can assist you! We’ll send you a few brief questions via email to understand your interests. During your consultation call, we’ll propose three destinations and itinerary ideas tailored to your preferences.

As an itinerary add-on service, we provide personalized recommendations and assistance for all your transportation needs, including domestic plane transfers, trains, buses, subways, ferries, and airport transfers. We aim to ensure you have the best options for seamless travel throughout your trip.

Yes, flights are generally more expensive during the holidays, often costing 20% or more than usual. This premium travel period typically includes all of December and the first week of January. Prices tend to rise significantly if you book closer to your departure date, so it’s advisable to plan.
