1. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All webinar content, including but not limited to video material, downloadable documents, and any supplementary planning resources, is the intellectual property of Travel Hiatus.
  • You are purchasing access for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, screen recording, sharing login or access details, or any other form of unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Any misuse, imitation, or unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

2. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available under any circumstances. Upon purchase, you are granted access to content that cannot be returned.
  • This policy ensures the integrity and fairness of the offering and reflects the time, value, and effort invested in the product.

3. Webinar Access Terms

  • After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access the webinar on a private page of travelhiatus.com.
  • Access is password-protected and intended solely for your personal use.
  • At present, access is granted for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, after which your access may be revoked or updated without further notice.

4. Trip Planning Call Terms

  • Any 1-on-1 trip planning consultations are booked as separate services and are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or late cancellations may forfeit the session.

5. Technical Support

  • If you experience any issues accessing the webinar or bonus content, please email [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Travel Hiatus is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or travel incidents that occur as a result of using the webinar or its advice.
