From the Krabi Airport to the Hua Hin Pier, it takes 1 hour. Then, you’ll board the ferry for around 20 minutes, and then there’s a drive from the pier in Koh Lanta to take you into town.
The operator guarantees your connection from the pier onto the ferry to Koh Lanta. As you arrive at the pier, your minibus van driver will get your ferry tickets, hand them to you, and let you know where to go.
There are many options for minibus van and ferry combination tickets from Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta. The only difference between tickets is the departure times, and some include hotel transfers.
If you book a minibus + ferry ticket combination, you will need to take a taxi to your hotel once you’ve arrived in Koh Lanta.

The difference with this method is that it includes a hotel transfer once you’ve arrived at the pier in Koh Lanta. If you want a hotel transfer, make sure it states so when purchasing your ticket.
